What Matters After the First Parade
A girls school band uniform looks fine on day one. The real test is 26th January, three hours in the sun, then the same set again in August and at the annual function in December.

Picking the Right Fabric
This mostly comes down to where your school is. Coastal and humid, go gaberdine. Hill stations and north India winters, terry wool. Everywhere else, poly-viscose does the job at a lower cost.

What We Check Before Packing
A school can't send back forty uniforms two days before Republic Day. So we check at four points rather than only at the end.
Fabric, Before Cutting
Rolls get checked for shade variation and weave faults. A bad roll caught here saves the whole batch.
Cutting Against the Chart
Cut strictly to the size chart you signed off, not to whatever the tailor remembers from last time.
Seams and Hems
Checked partway through, not just at the end. Fixing a seam mid-stitch is quick; re-doing a finished jacket isn't.
One Set Against the Sample
We pull a finished set from the batch and hold it against the mock-up you approved. If it doesn't match, nothing ships.
